Puig Cornador – Route 18
The route allows us to get closer and discover some of the many places in Les Llosses. In this case we will surround and crown the Puig Cornador mountain range, at 1,232 m. altitude by a ridge path that goes up from the Collet de les Bruixes.
We will arrive following several farmhouses that make up the area (Dachs, La Ferreria …), passing by places of great beauty (Plans Capdevila, Pla de Sant Jordi, Riera de Merlès, Serrallonga, …). There is also the option to reach the hermitage of Santa Margarida de Vinyoles.
The starting point is at the turn of the C-26 (at the height of the town hall of Les Llosses) which takes us to the Restaurant Can Dachs, where we will take the route along several tracks that will take us to the plans of Capdevila the Sant Jordi Plan. We will go up to the Serrallonga farmhouse. A little further down is the Romanesque church of Sant Pere de Serrallonga (12th century). When we reach the Collet de les Bruixes, a stretch of steep climb, we will follow the whole ridge to the Puig Cornador. From here you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view. We go down following the path in a technical descent to the Coll Tallat. Following the ridge is Santa Margarida de Vinyoles. We continue down the track until we connect with the initial section of the route that we will follow in reverse until returning to Can Dachs and the starting point.
