Sant Vicenç de Planoles

The church was built in the XI or XII century although there was a previous Parish church .In the XVIII it was modified. The Romanesque church had an only nave covered with a barrel vault reinforced with five Main arches. It has a semicircular apse decorated with blind Arches that consist of lowered arches. On the South side there was a porch which in the XVIII was turned into a second nave. At that time a bell tower and a chapel were added.¡

One of the highlights of the medieval legacy of Planoles is the Romanesque church of Sant Vicenç, built in the 11th or 12th centuries.
