Hotel-Restaurant Fonda Rigà

La Fonda Rigà is a hotel and restaurant located in Tregurà, in the Camprodon Valley in the Catalan Pyrenees, just a stone's throw from the Vallter 2000 ski resort. Opened in 1971 by Albert Rigat and Dolors Gardella, little by little with the inestimable help of grandmother Conxita, grandfather Josep and later the couple's six children, this family hotel and restaurant has grown with the times and modernised its amenities and cosy, comfortable rooms.

The restaurant fuses traditional fare based on local ingredients with new recipes gleaned from Girona School of Hospitality and Tourism and a lifetime of experience.

Its aim is to make diners happy, so be sure to stop by for a meal!

Josep and his team offer culinary excellence based on traditional Catalan cooking learnt from grandmother Conxita and mother Lola, as well as a variety of new dishes of their own invention.

As its menu shows, the inn works closely with local farmers and producers. Without their hard work La Fonda Rigà could not make such excellent meals.
