Via ferrata of Ribes de Freser, located in the Vall de Ribes, in Ripollès, in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees, is a very good via ferrata to start.
This is a very nice, well-equipped and logical via ferrata, with no steps too difficult. We will find a Nepali and a Tibetan bridge. Ideal for beginners and / or families. We will enjoy beautiful views of the Pyrenees throughout the route.

Roca de la Creu Via Ferrat is relatively close to Barcelona, and can be reached by public transport by train (Renfe R3). It is also close to the zip line to Vall de Núria, ideal for combining a weekend excursion.
