Josep Fossas Year, Campdevànol

Inauguration of the Fossas Year on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the birth of the Campdevanol painter.

February 25, 2023 marks the inauguration of the Year of Josep Fossas, painter and artist from Campdevanol, who left part of his pictorial legacy to the municipality of Campdevànol.

The event will take place in the Civic Center La Confiança, at 6:00 p.m.

Program:

• Institutional event with the presence of authorities and relatives.
• Audiovisual projection on the figure of the painter Josep Fossas i Barnedas.
• Opening of the Josep Fossas Pictorial Background exhibition.
• Appointment of the exhibition hall of the Civic Center as the Josep Fossas Room.

From the opening of the exhibition of the Josep Fossas Pictorial Fund, there will be several recognition events for the Campdevanol painter, until the month of November
